When we checked in then found lots of things missing in the room. It took us three days and many reminders to get, what we needed, very strange for a hotel like this. We stay in many extended stay hotel, but here everything was happening in a most strange fashion. In stead of helping out the guest, they had answer and excuse for every problem. ...read more

Family with Young Children
Poorly located hotel with the only entrance route blocked during the midnight and hotel personnel was not willing to help, instead to cancel my hotel stay because I arrived after 10:30 while I had notified them of my late arrival by phone in advance. It seems like this is a hotel for people staying there longer, not convenient for regular travel stay. Not a 2 stars service at all. ...read more

Family with Young Children
Excellent for business and long stay. Rooms are large and clean. Nice computer work area. Wireless Internet fast. I would recommend to anyone who does not need upscale accommodations.

Business Traveler
The first room we were given at this hotel had someone else's luggage in it. The second had a horrible smell - like 10 smoker's had spent the night (it was a non-smoking room)and then they had tried to cover it up with some horrible cleaning product. The staff kindly replaced our room both times and was apologetic and friendly. Nothing special or luxurious about this hotel, however. Did not even provide shampoo. The pillow-top mattress was nothing more than a standard mattress with a thin, after-market pillow top sheet on it, and the box spring had what appeared to be a stain. The bathroom was dimly lit. But I was able to get some sleep, and I guess that's all I needed. However, the Holiday Inn on Davidson Road is
